Talent Mapping Outreach — Sensitization and Inclusion Workshops

We were honoured to host Phase 1 of the "Talent Mapping" Outreach — Sensitisation and Inclusion Workshops!

🌍 This first phase directly tackles the barriers identified at the FLAIR Summit — from limited access to STEM pathways to gender-based constraints that hold talented young people back. A key focus of our inclusion efforts: dedicated categories and "wildcard" sports spots reserved specifically for girls from marginalized backgrounds — because talent has no boundaries.
